🗾 States
Add the states you deal in. Lets a vendor cover a whole state at once instead of listing every city.
🏙️ Cities
Add the cities you deal in. These will appear in dropdowns everywhere. Linking a state is optional but powers state-wide vendor coverage.
🏷️ Brands
Add brand names (e.g. Vgaurd, Supreme, Racold, Nuetech, Havells, Anu, Inca).
📦 Models
Define each model under a brand & category, with its standard capacities (e.g. 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500 LPD) and warranty. These capacities become the rows of the matrix entry grid.

Leave both blank to see all India. Pick a state to narrow to that state. Pick a state + city to narrow to that exact city (state-wide and Pan-India prices still apply automatically).
Vendor Directory — all vendors, filter to narrow down
Every vendor's full profile — home city, everywhere they cover (cities, states, or Pan India), and what they deal in — whether or not a price has been uploaded yet. Apply filters below to narrow the list.
Add / Update a price entry
Pick from your saved cities/vendors/brands/models (set these up once in the Setup tab). Re-selecting the same combination updates the existing price instead of duplicating.
Bulk update prices
Like your Excel sheet: pick a price scope, vendor, category & brand — a grid opens with capacities as rows and that brand's models as columns. Fill in prices and save once. A vendor covering the whole state or all of India does not need a specific city.
Pick a vendor first — Pan-India and whole-state vendors don't need a city. All of that vendor's products appear below; use the city filter only to narrow down a vendor that covers many places. Update prices and click Save once.

💾 Backup Everything — all 3 tools in one file
This single backup covers everything in the whole portal — the Price Book, the Products Quote tool, and the Solar Power Quote tool — including all saved quotes, settings, vendors and gallery photos. One file, one restore. Keep a copy in Google Drive; to move to a new device, back up here and restore there.
📂 Automatic backup — no files to hand around
Set this up once and stop exporting JSON by hand. Point it at a cloud-synced folder (iCloud / Google Drive) and every save backs up there automatically, off-site.
Advanced — Price Book only
These export/import only the Price Book price entries (not quotes or power quotes). Most of the time you want "Backup Everything" above instead. Importing here automatically rebuilds your Setup (vendors, cities, brands, models) from the price entries.
🔧 Rebuild Setup from price entries
If vendors, cities, brands or models are ever missing from Setup/Bulk Update dropdowns even though the prices show up fine elsewhere, click this — it scans all your price entries and re-creates anything missing (never deletes existing Setup data).

Generates a clean, minimal price list — just the essentials (category, product, brand, city, vendor, price). Apply any filters below to narrow it down first. Opens a print preview where you can choose "Save as PDF".

🔢 Reference Number
Format: PREFIX + number. Number auto-increments with every new quote (not on revisions).
🏷 Brands
Add every brand once, and tag which category it belongs to. A brand can belong to more than one category (e.g. DEYE makes both inverters and batteries) — only matching brands will show up in each product dropdown.
🛡 Warranty Options
Add the warranty terms you offer once (e.g. "10 Years"). They'll appear as a dropdown when adding inverters and batteries — pick instead of retype.
💾 Backup & Share Pricing Data
This tool runs entirely in your browser — there's no shared server. Configure everything here on your laptop, then Export a data file and send it to your employees (email, WhatsApp, USB, anything). They open the tool on their own laptop and use the "📥 Load Pricing Data" button (top of the page, no admin password needed) to load it instantly — no retyping. Re-export and resend whenever you update prices.
Note: this syncs pricing/product data only. Submitted quotes and approvals still need to be reviewed on whichever device they were submitted from, since this is also browser-only storage.
☀ Panel Products
Brand + wattage + purchase price per watt. Panel cost = wattage × price/W × quantity. Capacity = wattage × quantity ÷ 1000.
🔌 Inverter Products
Price depends on Brand AND Capacity together — a 3kW and 5kW inverter from the same brand can (and usually do) cost differently. Add one row per brand + capacity combination, with separate On-Grid and Hybrid prices.
🏗 Structure Cost Formula
Normal (RCC) structure cost = (Number of Panels ÷ 3) × A × B, where A depends on elevation and B on material. Sheet Roof and Mangalorean Roof are priced per panel. Mixed roofs price each segment with its own structure rate.
🔗 Cable Sizes & Prices (per metre)
Add as many sizes as you need. Used for DC, AC, Earthing, and Battery cables alike.
⚡ DCDB / ACDB — Price by Capacity
Add a price for each kW tier. The nearest tier at or above the system's capacity is used. Hybrid systems automatically add the fuse protection price below.
🔋 Battery Products (Hybrid)
Add Brand + Capacity (Ah) + Type + Price per unit. Different capacities and types can have different prices.
📟 Meters & Fixed Items
Net-meter charge = inverter phase + permanent-meter phase. Smart meter adds on top. (3-phase inverter with a 1-phase meter is not allowed.)
🛠 Engineering & Commissioning — Price by Capacity
Same pattern as DCDB/ACDB.
💰 Profit Margin — by Capacity (Admin Only)
Every kW tier can have its own margin — either a fixed ₹ amount or a % of the total quote. Employees never see or control this.
🎁 Subsidy Logic
Linear ramp from Tier-1 capacity/amount up to Tier-2, then fixed beyond Tier-2. Applied automatically — never asked from employee.
🚧 Discount & Profit Protection
Controls the "Discount" button employees use on submitted quotes. Whichever limit is tighter wins — if the profit floor would be breached before the max discount is reached, the floor takes priority. Employees cannot enter any value above this; the field is enforced automatically.
